16 Sept Depart Canada
Overnight Flight to London
17 Sept After checking into your hotel, the rest of the day is at leisure.
18 Sept London Sightseeing
Many major sights are included in today's morning sightseeing tour, including the United Grand Lodge of England.
19 Sept
London - Cardiff
A warm welcome before we travel to Salisbury Plain where we visit the mysterious stone circle at Stonehenge. Later, we view beautiful Salisbury Cathedral before continuing to Bath where we tour the Roman Baths. From here we cross the Severn Bridge to Cardiff. This evening, we enjoy a welcome drink with our Tour Director.
20 Sept

Cardiff - Pembroke - Tramore
A chance to view Cardiff's imposing Castle before driving across South Wales via Carmarthen, Merlin the Wizard's birthplace. Next we head to Pembroke where we board our ferry to Rosslare in Ireland. On arrival our coach brings us to the ancient town of Tramore.

21 Sept Tramore - Killarney
After a morning visit to the Waterford Crystal showroom, we drive along the beautiful coast through Youghal and Cork. Nearby, we visit Blarney Castle - a chance to kiss the stone and acquire the 'gift of the gab'. Over the mountains to Killarney in the heart of County Kerry.
22 Sept Killarney - Ring of Kerry - Limerick
Today our scenic coastal drive around the 'Ring of Kerry' - County Kerry's largest peninsula - is a photographer's delight. Then north to County Limerick, through Adare, set in some of Ireland's richest farmland. Perhaps visit Bunratty Castle and Folk Park en route to Limerick on the River Shannon. Why not enjoy an Irish Ceilidh tonight?
23 Sept

Limerick - Dublin
This morning, enjoy a full Irish breakfast before we drive across County Clare en route to Galway Bay. We stop in Galway then head east across Ireland's rich farmland to reach the nation's capital city - Dublin.

24 Sept

Dublin Sightseeing
Today's sightseeing tour of Dublin's 'fair city' shows us Trinity College, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Phoenix Park and the beautiful Georgian Squares. The rest of the day is at leisure. You may wish to take an optional excursion and still have time to shop for Irish tweeds and linen in O'Connell or Henry Streets. Perhaps join us at an Irish cabaret this evening.

25 Sept Dublin - Liverpool
From Dublin Bay we cross the Irish Sea to Holyhead on the Welsh island of Anglesey. Next across the Britannia Bridge, we reach the mainland and continue through North Wales, visit Caernarvon Castle and past Snowdonia National Park. Then we make our way to Roman Chester to see its Tudor architecture and galleried shops known as the 'Rows'. Later we arrive in Liverpool for the night.
26 Sept Liverpool - Lakes - Edinburgh
Today's highlight is a drive through the beautiful English Lake District to visit Grasmere. From here we cross the Scottish border to Moffat Woollens and then to Roslyn Chapel before heading to the Scottish capital - Edinburgh. This evening, we enjoy Scottish hospitality at dinner in a local restaurant.
27 Sept

Edinburgh sightseeing
Our morning sightseeing tour where we visit the Castle and view Holyrood House, former residence of Mary Queen of Scots will whet your appetite for more exploration on your own. Tonight, why not enjoy a Scottish night out?

If there is enough interest, we will arrange a side trip to visit the famous Rosslyn Chapel.

28 Sept

Edinburgh - Harrogate
This morning we drive through the Scottish Borderlands, and stop to see the ruined Jedburgh Abbey. On into England, through the rugged landscape of Northumberland National Park for a photo stop at Hadrian's Wall. Next on to Viking York where our Tour Director walks us through he 'Shambles' with time to admire the Minster. Tonight, we'll enjoy typical Yorkshire hospitality at dinner in a local pub before reaching our hotel at Harrogate.

29 Sept Harrogate - Coventry
Time to enjoy the elegant town of Harrogate before we head to The Potteries to visit the famous Wedgwood Pottery Centre. Later, we continue to Coventry, seeing its two Cathedrals before arriving at our Hotel.
30 Sept Coventry - London
Today we view Blenheim Palace and then a scenic drive through the Cotswolds en route to the little churchyard at Bladon to see Sir Winston Churchill's grave. Later, at Oxford we visit one of the famous Colleges. Finally, we return to London.
1 Oct London - Canada
Bid farewell this morning as we transfer to the airport for our return flight to Canada.
